Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Anma provides a visual development environment and hosting service for professional portfolios. By creating an account or accessing theanma.com, you enter into a binding legal agreement. If you represent an entity, you confirm you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Account Security & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Anma. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify contact@theanma.com immediately upon any unauthorized use of your credentials. Anma is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access to your account.

3. Subscriptions & Feature Gating

Anma offers various Service Tiers. We reserve the right to:

  • Limit the number of portfolios, storage space, or bandwidth available to Free Tiers.
  • Introduce paid subscriptions for advanced features (e.g., custom domains, AI-assisted design).
  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at our sole discretion.
For paid plans, all fees are exclusive of taxes. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

4. Intellectual Property & License

Your Content: You retain all rights to the text, images, and brand assets you upload. You grant Anma a license to host, display, and distribute this content solely to keep your portfolio live.

Our Platform: The Anma builder, code-generation algorithms, and "look and feel" are the exclusive property of Anma. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to replicate our source code.

5. Acceptable Use & Zero Tolerance

You may not use Anma to host content that is:

  • Illegal, defamatory, or promotes hate speech under Indian Law.
  • Designed for Phishing or stealing user data.
  • Infringing on the intellectual property of others.
Violation of these rules results in immediate account termination without refund or prior notice.

6. Service Continuity & Reliability

Anma is built on high-availability infrastructure. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We provide the Service on an "As-Available" basis. We are not responsible for business losses or data loss resulting from service interruptions or technical bugs.

7. Third-Party Services

Anma integrates with third parties (e.g., AWS for hosting, Stripe for payments). We are not responsible for the performance or policies of these external providers. Your use of a custom domain is subject to the terms of your domain registrar.

8. Data Privacy & AI

We handle your data in accordance with the DPDP Act 2023. To improve Anma, we may use anonymized design patterns (not your personal data) to train our internal layout engines. We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

9. Indemnification

You agree to protect and hold Anma harmless from any legal claims, damages, or costs (including lawyer fees) that arise from your content or your violation of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal action shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of India. We encourage you to contact contact@theanma.com first to resolve any issues amicably.
